A 38-year-old female patient with bruxism and collapsed case data was submitted at RSD for motivational design and further 3D treatment planning. Patient desired to improve her smile and

Prevent further loss of teeth structure. She was looking for economical restorative dentistry options.

Based on the face photographs, phonetics video, and intra oral scan at RSD 2D smile framework was created. For the 3D motivational mock-up design, a smile donor concept was used where we utilized the teeth shapes and morphologies from our staff members' teeth. The motivational was sent to the clinic where it was 3D printed and a Bis acrylic transfer in the mouth along with silicone index was carried out by the doctor. Good quality of photo videos was repeated and a comparative study of before after was shown to the patient. A delighted patient accepted the proposal of injectable resin full mouth rehab and natural smile enhancement procedure.

A kois deprogrammer design was made at desired vertical height for deprogramming the mandible and diagnose possible TMD problems. 3 D printed deprogrammer was given to the patient for over 3 weeks period to check for condylar reprogramming and after correct assessment, we received the scans at desired VD and CR.

We designed Full functional designs for injectable composite with alternate and full teeth set on the digital data keeping the approved motivational design as our foundation. The patient was rehabilitated at new VD and CR using copy-paste technology for form, function, and natural aesthetics. A 3 D designed and PMMA milled Splint was given at the end of treatment
