Exchange Policy

User can initiate exchange for product or size. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and has to be initiated strictly ‘within 7 (seven) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

  • IMEI/ name/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
  • The products along with any other additional accessories shall be present at the time of return.
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
  • The products should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
  • Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

The concerned individual/executive for picking up the return of the product may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

We will provide reverse pickup facility to the User. An Exchange Fee of ____ will be charged in exchange order. In case, we are not able to provide reverse pickup facility to the User, User will have to send parcel back to us and charged exchange fee will be cancelled (in case of COD exchange order) or credited to website wallet (in case of prepaid exchange order).

Please note that reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us. Exchange order will be processed ONLY after we receive User’s parcel back (a maximum 20 days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.

If there is any excess amount after exchange order is created, it will be credited to User’s wallet only after receiving the original product(s) back to our warehouse. This amount will be auto-deducted from payable amount of any future order on our website.

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Sale items (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-acceptance of COD Orders

In case, User does not accept the COD order after shipment, such User will not be able to place COD order on our website in future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the User in NO COD list.

International Orders

For international orders, there is no ‘Cancellation / Return / Exchange’ available.

Note: International order may incur additional import charges by foreign country’s government’s custom/relevant department. Though, usually there is no import charges for textiles
